Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create compelling, visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience. This includes graphic design, video editing, and content curation.
• Collaborate with other creatives on the team to ensure brand consistency of the social media content, from planning, filming, and editing to actually posting on social media.
• Plan and manage our content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and to leverage promotional opportunities.
• Assist in customer research to deliver insight for business growth and marketing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a social media manager or in a similar role.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and project management skills.
• A passion for golf is a plus.
